Service Summary: Senior services is a program designed to
help meet the needs of people age 60 &
over may need assistance in certain areas to be able to live independently in their homes.

Access: Designated Parking, Full Wheelchair Access, No Stairs in Service Delivery Areas

Services Offered: We have the Community Care Program,
Ombudsman, Money Management, phones for the hearing impaired, and SHIP (Senior Health Insurance Program)

Fees: Donations are accepted for all services.
CCP services are funded through IDOA and are at no cost to service recipients.

Family Compsition/Income Level/Other: Must be 60 years of age or older for all
programs.

Geographic Area Served: Clay, Fayette, Marion, Effingham, and Jefferson County
