Service Summary: Senior services is a program designed to
help meet the needs of people age 60
and over who may need help in certain
areas to be able to live
independently in their own homes.

Access: Designated Parking, Full Wheelchair Access, No Stairs in Service Delivery Areas

Services Offered: We have the Community Care Program which is provided through a Home Health Care Agency contracted through IDOA>
Ombudsman: Advocate for persons residing in Long Term Care settings.
Money Management: is a part of CCP. It is offered in Effingham, Clay, Fayette, Jasper and Marion County.
ITAC: These are phones for the hearing : It provides assistance with Medicare Part D choices.

Fees: CCP services are funded through IDOA and are no cost to service recipients. Donations are accepted for
all other services.

Family Composition/Income Level/Other: Must be 60 years of age or older for all
programs, and meet eligibility criteria.

Geographic Area Served: Through the Effingham office, ECCOA provides administrative oversight to 5 counties in PSA09 including Fayette, Effingham, Clay, Marion and Jefferson County. In addition, they also cover 4 other counties in PSA10 including Jasper, Crawford, Lawrence and Richland County.
