Central IL Public Transportation

Currently serving the counties of Christian, Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Montgomery, Moultrie, and Shelby.  All vehicles are wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

​The goal of Central Illinois Public Transit Program is to provide reliable and timely transportation to residents of each county we serve by ensuring punctuality, accessibility, courtesy, cleanliness, serviceability, and safety at all times to our riders.

CASH FARE STRUCTURE

In County

• $3 per one-way trip, $6 per round trip
• Children 0-5 ride free with paying adult
• Children 6-12 are $2 per one-way trip, $4 per round trip
• Seniors ride for a suggested donation

​Monthly Pass

• Monthly Pass is $35
• Monthly Pass for person with a disability is $15

​Discount Tickets:  Book of 10 tickets is $20 (no expiration date)
